Cancellations/Rescheduling must be done 48hrs prior to the appointment. Same day Cancellations and no show/no call will be charged @ 50% for same day cancellation and no show/no call @ 100% of the appointment cost, this cancellation fee cannot be used towards ANY future appointments. Please book when you know you will not be rushed to leave somewhere. We do not want to rush our work and want you to love your service experience. No guests- this time is for YOU to relax and enjoy 💫 if you have any questions please ask before booking. 💗If you don’t see an appointment time that fits your schedule, convenience appointments are available before or after normal hours. The additional rate for these appointments vary from $20-$35. No discounts can be used with these appointments. Please add your self to the waitlist for this inquiry💗 - Shekbeauty (HOME BASED NOW) LASH POLICY ✨ + No talking/ on the phone while at your appointment. This is YOU time be ready to lay back down, relax and maybe even take a lash nap. Appointments can go anywhere from 2-3 hrs. + Please come to your appointment makeup free! (eyeshadow, lashes, eyeliner etc.) ☕️ ❌ avoid drinking coffee prior to your appointment. + All fill-in appointments must be done within 20 days or less to still be considered a fill-in. Anything outside of the 20 days of your initial service date will be charged as a full set. + For makeup services please contact for availability. Cancellation Policy
Every appointment has an allocated time slot for the needs of each client. We do understand that you might need to change your plans from time to time. This is why we allow rescheduling of your appointment. Deposits are NOT refundable You can cancel and reschedule your appointment using the booking fee (one time only) if made within 48hrs prior to your appointment. 100% service fee will be charged for any no-shows/ no call. 50% service fee will be charged for same day cancellations or within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Cada cita tiene su tiempo asignado a las necesidades de cada cliente. Entendemos que tenga que cambiar sus planes de vez en cuando. Es por eso que permitimos la reprogramación de su cita. Los depósitos NO son reembolsables pero puede cancelar y reprogramar su cita utilizando la misma tarifa de reserva (una sola vez) si se realiza DENTRO de las 48 HORAS anteriores a su cita ya reservada. Se cobrará una tarifa de servicio del 100 % por no presentarse o no llamar. Se cobrará una tarifa de servicio del 50% por cancelaciones el mismo día o dentro de las 24 horas de la cita programada.
